Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the app packages (“Voice, Vas, and Voice + Vas”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, SAHAL confirmation and SAHAL PIN
Vas Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a daily subscription basis (“VAS”) and this might affect your main account balance, if you select other payment options like SAHAL the subscription amount will be deducted from your SAHAL account balance

Contact Backup
If you are a Backup subscriber Golis app will take your contacts as per your request, your data will be kept on Golis Servers in order to provide you with ability to renew your account in case you accidentally delete your account or your device will be lost or stolen.
Changes
Golis reserves the right to modify, vary, amend or withdraw this App and the Terms and Conditions. Such changes will be communicated through the media, Golis website, or any other appropriate avenue as Golis may determine.
Non-compliance with the contract
Golis shall have the right to terminate any agreement with you for failure to comply with the provisions of this contract and reject any application for information contrary to this contract.
